Since 2020 covid spread, but batiqa has a very good service system, cleanliness and security. Since then every year even every time there is a visit to bandar lampung, there is no need to be confused about finding a hotel, batiqa is always impressive 🫶🏼 Thank you batiqa

The sheets and bedcover are very dirty with lots of stains, the bathroom smells bad. This is the first time staying here and I probably won't be staying at that hotel again, thank you.

My room 1508 is close to the lift and emergency stairs and I couldn't sleep, it was very noisy even though I was in an unhealthy condition.
