A great hotel to start with! The location is super good, even though it is not near the LRT, the placement is strategic with 3 nearby malls, two of it is reachable by foot. There are ample food stalls and convenience stores around the hotel. The nearest laundromat is only 5mins away, wash and dry only idr30 k (15 K for washing, 15k for drying). The room is super comfortable with a super comfortable bed, TV and console, sofa, office chair, work table, and free amenities such as coffee and tea. There is no refrigerator. They only have a cooler. So drinks in it won't get cold but remained cool. The toilet is a little bit sad. Though nicely made, the space is quite tight. The toilet has a Japanese seat bidet. Shower water is barely hot, more too warm. This hotel deserves to be visited. The staff are smiley and friendly. A good amount of security with lift access to levels requiring room cards.

Good place to stay for business trip because it is in center city of Palembang with several accesses to hotel...and there're a lot of local culinary restaurants that can be accessed by walk... One thing for sure, they supported us like providing printed document of our business need... Thanks, Batiqa.

Everything exceed my expectation for 3 star hotel only. The room is very good and clean. Free valet, variety of breakfast, playground for kids so that very good deal for parent. Minus: road noise can here quite clear from 5th floor and low signal of wifi:(but I would stay here again because overall is good hotel

Clean and comfortable place, staff is also quite friendly. Breakfast is quite good although not too many choices. One drawback is the parking lot is not spacious enough. Car parking is piled up. Car keys must be left with the parking attendant so that they can move the car if someone wants to get out.

My first experience here was pleasant and then I came back here again, but the second time I was disappointed because I was given a room with a clogged sink, the toilet water didn't flow smoothly, the electricity in the room often went off by itself, the TV volume was sometimes high and sometimes low, which disappointed me.

When checking in, the receptionist named Anggun was really rude, she didn't smile at all. She doesn't deserve to be placed on the front line like that! I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days, but when the cleaning service cleaned up on the second day, the blankets and pillowcases weren't replaced, they were just tidied up. Then the one who swept the room was just so-so. I swear, this is the first time I've stayed in a 3-star hotel like this. Even though the hotel is good, please improve the service in the future. And the food just doesn't suit my palate
