We had a very pleasant 3 nights stay at the hotel. Room was great with good size and all amenities one needs. Housekeeping went the extra mile to accommodate our request. Great breakfast buffet for this type hotel. Only slight issue was street noise but it was still acceptable.

we always stay at this hotel whenever we visit Jakarta.
unfortunately the hotel lost its touch when the price still pretty high.
the room they gave us was not the best room they have, when we checked in, the AC was not working, then they moved us to the room which the ac was working.
why this option was not considered before putting us in the room.
when we turned on the tap, the water was brown ish, we let the water runs till the colors changed to clear.
overall, we enjoyed our stay. the view we had was super, the pool was great, food was okay,

The hotel policy is not very pleasant, breakfast for children under 12 years old is charged, even though it was not stated during booking & check in, the restaurant is also not spacious so it is difficult to get a seat, it is not comfortable to bring small children, the swimming pool is also not very clean, during my stays at the hotel, my child has never been charged additional fees for breakfast

The friendliness of the security in the front area please improve. Help the guest to carry their stuff. Not just saying the lobby is on the 5th floor. Even though it's 11 pm. Please renew the towels. Because the color is quite gray even though it looks clean. Thank you.
