Amazing, when I was very late to the airport. The staff quickly rushed to take me to the airport. Friendly and amazing. Will come back here again later. There are many kopitiams around the hotel. Awesome.

Second time staying at Emerald, but this time really not satisfied. The price is quite cheap but what you get is really cheap. First, the mattress has only wires so if it's not soft for sleeping, the worst thing is that the blanket smells really bad because it might be completely dry but it has been used. Oh stinky sleep. Especially when you just enter the room, it smells really bad. Please prioritize customer satisfaction
