Business room, very disappointing. The room smells of smoke, there is no window, the bathroom floor is moldy, the air conditioner is not cold, the tissue is empty, you have to ask for towels, breakfast is just fried rice, the elevator is broken. Very disappointing.

Kamar hotel standar, kebersihan kurang tapi masih boleh. Breakfast hanya 1 menu, kemudian buah 1 jenis, roti, teh dan kopi, untuk rasa lumayan. Yang membuat kecewa pada saat saya telepon untuk mengkonfirmasi jam check in pihak hotel tidak merespon baik. Mereka mengangkat telepon dan hanya halo halo halo, seolah-olah tidak terdengar atau gangguan jaringan padahal lokasi hotelnya berada di pusat kota. Saya telepon lagi tidak dijawab lagi, sampai saya mencoba telepon hingga 4-5 kali di waktu pagi dan sore hari.
