The hotel staff is quite friendly, it's just that the expectation of the room for a city view but had to wait an additional 1 hour because of the cleaning process even though it was already 3 pm so it didn't become a city view. The rest is OK, the room is clean but there is no smart TV so only regular cable TV. The food is standard hotel buffet, the swimming pool is quite crowded but the staff are all friendly

The front desk staff (especially the security guard) did not help us at all when we arrived with lots of luggage and a baby, there was no apology even though we were close and had already complained through the receptionist, the bad experience was very unfortunate even though the breakfast and room were okay.
