The hotel stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The staff was very polite and helpful, the location was very convenient for getting around and many activities. The hotel is very clean throughout, and our room was spacious with everything that we needed. We would definitely stay there again!

This hotel is perfect for family holiday. We can watch sunset while we swim in infinity pool. Service is good, staffs are polite and kind. Food are okey but for four stars hotel, it could be more various. Value for money.

I stayed for 2 nights at BW Suite; overall the hotel and service were very good. The staff were helpful. And for buffet breakfast, it was delicious with many variants of food and beverage. The best experience that I have made is about the amazing sunset at the pool facing the ocean. This hotel is very recommended to all of travelers who will visit and stay on Belitung Island.

The hotel staff is friendly, very helpful from the hotel entrance until we check out again. Child friendly, there is a swimming pool with a very beautiful view complete with sunset. For food is less varied, but it tastes good. As requested, get on a high floor. Clean and comfortable environment. Not far from the city center.

The balcony is very narrow, there are no chairs either, overall this is an old hotel so the facilities are not updated enough, the hotel parking area has a gradient and lots of pipes leaking from above. Hopefully it will be fixed in the future
