For a standard room, it was too small.
I was late for having my free breakfast. The officer just offered me fried rice and a fried egg. Because no rice and vegetables left.
I order coffee, but after waiting so long they didn’t make any.
AC in my room was so bad. Not cool and much water spoiled from the indoor unit.
Only had 1 towel for a room.

The check-in and check-out process was fast and smooth and the staff were friendly. I was quite satisfied with the amenities in the hotel room that were neatly wrapped in plastic such as glasses, towels, and others. But the cleanliness of the room needs to be improved because I still found small cockroaches in some areas of the room floor and bathroom.

The receptionist at check in and check out was not friendly. Worst service I have ever encountered. The bathroom was flooded with water that didn't flow so it was really slippery, so I won't come back to this hotel again.

Thought the check-in started at 2:00 p.m., it turned out that you can check in at 11:00 a.m. So don't wait a long time. It's just that the floor in the bathroom is slanted, so it's hard to dry out the water

Overall the hotel is good and pleasant. The minus in my first experience in this hotel is in the room I stayed in, room 222, the bathroom water was stagnant because the drain was higher. This was very disturbing when taking a shower. The breakfast was delicious, especially the fried rice.

Hotel nya sempit kalau untuk keluarga mau nginap. Trus mau ganti ke yang double bed bayar 100 ribu lagi. Hm. Tapi sejauh ini hotel nya bersih.
