The staff is friendly but yesterday there was a security guard who was not very friendly and told my husband to move our car because there was a luxury car that wanted to pass. Was it because our car was ugly that he was treated like that, making my husband upset even though my husband was waiting for me who was checking out at the receptionist?

There are lots of ants on the glass shelf where you drink, the hot water is not perfect, please pay attention to the maintenance and check in takes quite a long time and the service from the ladies is also not very smiling, thank you

In my opinion, this is a flagship hotel in Kendari and is the main destination if you visit Kendari, but I experienced something unpleasant today, especially in the pool area where my daughter returned to the room crying, saying she was told to get out of the pool just because she was not wearing a swimsuit. Honestly, as a parent, I am a bit angry and regret things like that. Hopefully, this will not happen again in the future.

Strategic location. Okay. There was just drama when checking in. With the receptionist. Ordered twin beds when checking in the receptionist said full only 1 bed. After some debate, they gave the twin bed as ordered.
