The hotel is very big and beautiful. it is located in the reachable place. the staffs of the hotel are very friendly and professional. when i checked in, the staff gave me welcome drink such as: cold markissa and warm saraba. I like them very much. The food is very delicious especially sop saudara, coto makasar and the others.

I always stay in Claro whenever I visit Makassar. I truly love this old hotel. Book pool view rooms if you want cleaner, quiter and bigger rooms. Try their coto makassar, nasi campur, pallumara/ikan bakar cepa, konro. The taste is very delicious. Breakfast is OK, location is OK, hospitality is awesome. I will surely come back.

The only thing that is not comfortable is the limited number of elevators (only 3 in the main tower) for a hotel that is full to capacity and often used for events. Lots of time wasted waiting in line for the elevators
