Close to the harbor, if you want an open trip you don't have to go far, there are lots of foods around, there is also Padang rice too

Dirty room with peeling wall paint and ceiling with water leaks, it felt like staying in a warehouse, forced to stay because other hotels were already full. Luckily it was only for one night.

The water was off, the electricity was off and the room was dusty, then we got the 5th floor, it wasn't written in the description, there was no lift.

I saw that the hotel was under renovation, but what really disappointed me was that the room could not be locked because the door was broken. And when I asked the officer, there was no action or solution, they just kept quiet.

I booked for 13-14 Oct and 16 - 17 Oct, I decides to booke for 2 nights here because in the photo of this hotle really good, but I dissapointed when arrived there. I am sleeping in the room vip in fifth floor. Minus: 1. There is no toiletries. 2. There is no water for drinking (mineral water bootle nor water gallon, there is water gallon outside the room but it is empty) 3. There is no tissue. 4. There is no doormat. 5. There is no water in the toilet from 2 am until I check out on around 8am. 6. There is no towel. 7. The pillow is not covered (I need to ask first the pillow cover with the receptionist). Plus: 1. The view from the room is really great, you can see a really nice sunset here. 2. There is entertainment in the TV. 3. There refrigerator, smells a bit since only turned on when there is a guest stays in the room.

actually i booked for 13 - 14 oct and 16 - 17 oct here because the room is really good from the photo, but i got quite dissapointed when arrived there.
for date 16-17 oct i got room on the 3rd floor
minus:
1. there is no soap, shampoo, toothpaste and toothbrush (things like toiletries)
2. there is no towel
3. the room ambiance quite gloomy, due to the lamp room is yellow
4. there is no entertainment in tv, have been asked to the receptionist via wa about netflix but got no response (because when i am in the room on the fifth floor the tv has netflix)
5. different colour sheets and pillow cases (it looks like i am sleeping in my room not in the hotel)
6. there is no tissue
7. there is a lot of dust since the building next door is underconstruction
plus:
1. near airport
2. near harbour
3. since is located in the city, it is easy to find atm, minimarket, cafe, and restaurant
4. view from the room is really good
5. there are 2 mineral water, when i am on the fifth floor there is no water for drinking.

On 2nd October 2024, around 5am our βvipβ room was entered by a man trying to steal our belongings where he with a knife entered our room from the balcony. The blood on the floor was his.
