The staff are friendly. When you arrive, you are immediately greeted by a friendly security guard who helps you get things to your room. The cleanliness of the room is very well maintained. The location is close to many food vendors, malls, and tourist attractions. The aesthetic room is very good, the view of the room is a mountain view. Really like the lobby suite hotel. Next time I will stay here again if I go to Batu

The staff is very friendly, the room size is standard. I happened to get room number 315 so it was right in front of the staff room on the 3rd floor. So it felt strange to come out of the room and immediately face the staff room door. The view from the tiled room. LOL. The location is close to the city center. But the hotel is good.

Friendly staff, clean environment. The room is neat, standard size. Hot water works well. It's just a bit uncomfortable when checking out at 12.00 but the room was locked at 11.35.

Maybe it's the 4th or 5th time staying here, because it's that comfortable. I've been to another hotel once but it wasn't as comfortable as here, so I ended up moving back to this hotel.

The staff are friendly. The rooms are not spacious but comfortable and clean. The bathroom is also kept clean. The location is close to many food and cooking vendors. It's also less than 2km to Alun-alun Batu. Yesterday I even took a leisurely walk from the hotel to Alun-alun Batu. It's also just a short walk to the mall. If you want to order from the hotel restaurant, you can, the price is still pocket-friendly. For breakfast, there aren't many variants because it's a 3-star hotel, but the taste is also delicious. I stayed in room 605 with 3 children. The room is quite spacious with 2 fairly wide beds, clean and comfortable. The service of all staff is very friendly, for breakfast it is less varied but it tastes good enough. The location is very strategic, close to Lippo Plaza.

Strategic location close to tourist attractions and there is a mall near the hotel. For cleanliness, the room is not very clean, because when checking in there was tissue trash near the mattress & the sandy floor looks like it hasn't been swept. For the bed, the mattress is spacious and clean.
