I stayed for 3 days with my kids. Very nice and comfortable hotel. The Hotel has a heated pool. The bellboy help me when I needed a hair tie and they looked for me for free. Very touching ❤️

I stayed there with my family for 4 days and 3 nights. Just walking distance from braga streets. The room is comfortable in space and the bed. Only 1 morning there is some noise from the upper level, my husband call the RO and it stop. Other than that its fine. For the breakfast, they provide a lot variety of food and tasty. The pool provide 1 hot water pool. Overall its a good stay.

Ordered 3 condotel type rooms, initially wanted to try for 1 night, ended up extending again. Lights in the hallways of the room floors may need to be added so that they are not dim. Overall, the staycation here was very enjoyable. The chicken porridge for breakfast was awesome. The breakfast variants should be improved and the swimming pool for the kids should be hot water. Always be successful at El Royal Hotel.

I ordered 2 rooms, checked in on the 20th at 13:00, checked in straight away and got the room, while the other room was only available at 16:30. Even then, I was the one who followed up and asked about the availability of the room. The staff should be more proactive. Don't let the consumers be proactive. For the rest, the food and environment facilities are the best. Thanks
