Christmas holiday with family is very enjoyable. Very close to Bandung Cathedral Church.

The hotel is very comfortable, the location is in the city center so it is close to everywhere. A short walk to Braga or Lengkong Kecil. The rooms are clean, fragrant, and neat. The food is delicious.

The hotel atmosphere is pleasant, can be in room 1049 on the 10th floor. The staff is friendly, the food is delicious especially the pudding. The swimming pool is clean. Really comfortable. Sometime will definitely stay here again.

Several times I stayed at El Hotel, I was given a room with a dark view, the last one was facing the pipe installation. The shower water flow was small & there was no tap for ablution

Booking from the app initially chose the Lembong Room type, and when I arrived at the hotel I asked to upgrade the room to the loft type so that the children would feel comfortable and family friendly. It turned out when I opened the door and entered the room. Everything was beyond expectations, it turned out. The entire FFE was old style, both the sofa, dining table and chairs, cupboard, kitchen set and bathtub were all old equipment. At first I was suspicious when I arrived on the 19th floor before entering the room, because the corridor carpet had a very old style motif, was dull and the surrounding area was also not convincing and reflected a 4-star hotel. One more thing. For the food service at breakfast, the variety and variety were quite good, but regarding the taste of the food, everything was salty, even the guest next to our table also complained that the food was all salty, except for the pastry. Even for the pudding. Oh my God, it had no taste. There was no sweetness and there was even no aroma for the pudding theme. I only suggest that the hotel should be upgraded for all the facilities in the room, public areas (carpets) and the taste of the food in the in-house restaurant. It's a shame that a 4-star hotel located in a prime area has to lose its reputation and customers. As for the staff service, everything is okay.

Yesterday I stayed with my family and booked 2 rooms. Thank you to the hotel staff on shift 2 for helping my wife. Because she was sick, they brought a wheelchair to the hotel room and helped her go downstairs so she could be taken to the hospital.

For the friendly staff, the room is also ok. The location is also very strategic 🙏🙏

I stayed there with my family for 4 days and 3 nights. Just walking distance from braga streets. The room is comfortable in space and the bed. Only 1 morning there is some noise from the upper level, my husband call the RO and it stop. Other than that its fine. For the breakfast, they provide a lot variety of food and tasty. The pool provide 1 hot water pool. Overall its a good stay.

10/10 for el hotel bandung, very impressive staying here, the staff are friendly, the food is delicious, the hotel is comfortable. Everything is good, next time I go to Bandung I will come here again😀
