Asking for towels on the last day was not possible and the room's AC was leaking, even asking for a mat was not possible.

Overall Stay 4.55/5. Type: Junior Suite 2 nights. The room is comfortable, but the bathtub is leaking. So on the 2nd day I immediately informed the receptionist about this because the technician couldn't fix it right away. It is recommended to move rooms. The bathing experience is better without a leaking bathtub. Hehe ✌️. It's just that there are no amenities specifically for bathtubs. (Because my goal is a staycation, so this is quite important) Hotel facilities include a gym and swimming pool. And there is also a special playground for children. The gym is not too complete, just enough for light OR. The pool is nice. Not big, but comfortable. There is also a place to rinse off near the pool. Oh yeah, there is also a jogging/walking track + you can cycle there. But bike rental. If I'm not mistaken, it's 50 thousand per hour including snack box. Breakfast is OK, no fresh juice. Sad. 😢. The review I wrote is just a personal opinion, there is no negative intention whatsoever. Hopefully it will be a reference for the hotel to maintain what is good, improve what is lacking, and develop what is not yet optimal for mutual satisfaction. 🤗😎🤓

Every time we go to BWI we always stay here, the hotel is highly recommended. The atmosphere is comfortable, it's easy to jog, and it's not far from the city center.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel policy is that bicycles are allowed in the room. Top! Very helpful when taking care of things left in the room.

They are so friendly, the room is clean and spacious, Bali-good-vibes, it is not that far from both the Airport and the City, many foods nearby, their foods are also great, with a nice and cheap beers! Its so hard to find a hotel these good with cheap beers nowadays~.

the food doesn't connect, it just tastes bad, but it's good to order breakfast at the hotel because there's no room open yet, it's okay to bring small children, there's a small playground.

Arrived at 14.00 but the rooms were not ready, ordered 2 rooms. And everything is not ready yet. The reason from the staff was not clear, basically they apologized and were told to keep waiting. Can only check in after 3 o'clock. The reason is not yet clear.

The hotel is very good, the staff are friendly, the FO serves quickly and kindly. No security deposit was requested, the view around the hotel was very beautiful, the hallway to the rooms was comfortable. There's nothing to lose if you want to stay here.

When we meet every staff member, we are always friendly. I ordered a Junior type room for the family, God willing, it was very comfortable. Not satisfied just staying overnight. The downside is that it is far from Ketapang.
