I was quite disappointed because I got a room that had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke even though I ordered a non-smoking one, the air conditioner smelled of cigarette smoke, the sheets didn't smell dry, there was no spoon for stirring the coffee and the water heater kettle was still dirty. The wardrobe smells bad. The water heater doesn't work. The price is high but the facilities and service do not match expectations. Please pay attention and improve.

Third time staying here and so far quite satisfying, from the room to the breakfast everything is perfect. Just 1 small note, maybe a late check out policy could be given at 1 pm maximum considering we often check in late at 6/7 pm. Overall it's good, the front desk service can be improved even more.
