Entering was already surprised by the floor of the room that had stains due to the information treatment error. I wanted to transit to rest at 22.00 and then entered the room at 24.00 the AC was leaking, I was surprised by the sound and the dripping water on the floor and this could be dangerous for us to slip because we got up to go to the bathroom and we saw laundry paper underneath that was already dull from the dried water droplets, which means that the AC in the room was indeed problematic. During the long weekend holiday we got a less than good room. The TV was broken, the shower only produced hot water that could not be adjusted, and there were dirty stains on the floor that could not be removed. During the car's Valentine's Day because the parking lot was full, the car suddenly had more scratches. It is better to recheck each room, whether the room that is often used or not, whether it is still suitable and comfortable when occupied, do not just assume that guests get a room and the service remains standard and good whether it is peak season or not.

When we arrived in the afternoon, there were so many people checking in that we had to queue up, but the front office service was responsive, fast and easy to check in. The room was clean. There was a connecting room, suitable for staying with family. The AC was cold. The water heater worked well. Drinking water was available at the dispenser in the hallway. There were lots of foods around the hotel. Close to everywhere. Near the hospital, pharmacy, superindo, mcD. Close walking distance to Manahan stadium. Parking is also available across from the hotel. The security service was extraordinary, they could do everything & were super friendly. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was also delicious, especially the omelettes & waffles were really delicious, the kids loved them. Will come here again if I go to Solo. Recommended.
