The staff, from security guards to CS, are all very friendly.... cool, but the cleanliness is a bit lacking because we found cockroaches twice... ticklish and the sheets looked like they hadn't been changed.

friendly hotel staff and the hotel is clean and the breakfast food is quite varied, but the typical Palembang food is not very varied. The minus is the room is not soundproof and the central AC makes it uncomfortable (when the AC is turned on it becomes cold, when it is not turned on it becomes hot). the parking lot is also quite narrow..

friendly staff, good cleanliness, lots of choices of food in the restaurant, what needs to be improved is the broken glass wall in the bathroom, it looks like it hasn't been replaced for a long time and the shower head has large holes that don't work as they should

Basically, Batiqa Hotel is good even though it doesn't have a swimming pool facility. Strategic location (easily accessible by shuttle), spacious rooms, children's play area in the waiting room (so that children don't get bored during the check-in & check-out process and friendly staff However, yesterday's booking was a bit disappointing because when I ordered a non-smoking room, the only one available was a smoking one. If I wanted to get a non-smoking one, even though I had to wait 1 hour even though we checked in in the afternoon (around 16.30), the non-smoking room was still not ready. Then my ID card was almost lost because the receptionist forgot to return the ID card after the check-in process. Luckily at that time I accidentally saw my wallet so I went straight to the receptionist to get my ID card
