Room and location were great. Food also had a lot of choices and taste was good, hotel also served the traditional food from Manado. Staffs were helpful and friendly. Such an awesome staycation.

One of the best experience we ever had that complete our holiday in Manado. The staff were really helpful, the service start from the lobby and until we check out is great, the experience is priceless. The room was really spacious, the breakfast experience is really great, the food and beverages provided is wide option, and the sea view is breathtaking.

Location is strategic. The staff friendliness was bad. Spoon didn't washed after I used it. The staff put the cup openly. Receptinist also bad.

After 10 years I just visited the city of Manado again and found the most comfortable hotel and got beautiful memories for me. Thank you, Overall good service, clean room, very friendly hotel and amazing view from my room. Thank you so much
