The room was very old, the floor creaked, the smell of damp was very strong, the bathtub didn't work, the wardrobe was rotten, the bed smelled musty, the window view was blocked by the roof of the building next door.

The hot water heater didn't work, the request when booking was not considered, as a result we got a twin bed and a ground floor even though we originally chose a single bed and a top floor.

While I was in the bath tub, suddenly the pole above came loose and almost hit my head, then I was hanging my clothes in the cupboard. The hanger came off, the bathroom door was also broken, the TV was showing ants 😅 so it was a bit difficult to watch. Then I ordered food, the staff knocked on the door, and I took the food, coincidentally I also ordered mineral water, when I I wanted to go out to get mineral water from the staff who delivered the food, he had entered the room, and I was surprised, even though I didn't tell him to enter the room, and he also didn't have permission to enter the room, but overall the reception staff were friendly, everyone was friendly, The breakfast also has delicious fried rice.

The Fox Hotel is highly recommended to stay here if you go to Gorontalo. The location is in the mall and everywhere is close. The hotel is clean and the employees are friendly. The AC is also cold, there is a swimming pool too. Next to the hotel there is Gramedia and the Saronde souvenir center. Next, I will stay here again if I go to Gorontalo
