The first time I entered, the floor was not clean, there was a lot of sand. Cigarette butts were found on the hotel room map, so that the staff would be more careful when cleaning the hotel room. The room was not soundproof, I couldn't rest comfortably because there was the sound of a chair being pulled, the sound of knocking, either from visitors to the room above or next door. The broken electric kettle couldn't be used.
but for breakfast and dinner it was very satisfying, the friendliness of the hotel staff also deserves a thumbs up. Hopefully in the future, Min can pay attention to the cleanliness and facilities in the room. continued success 👍

For the service from the hotel staff, it is very good and friendly, it's just that the cleanliness of the room is lacking. The floor is still dirty, and cigarette butts were also found. In room 603 the electric kettle doesn't work. The soundproofing is also lacking in my opinion.

Old hotel, but still well maintained, easy to find location, spacious rooms, cleanliness is also well maintained, maybe what needs to be improved is the lighting in the hallway, dim and looks dark. It should be made brighter so that at night it doesn't look scary. For the restaurant, it is quite good, in terms of taste and variety of breakfast which has many choices. The pool looks clean and well maintained, but unfortunately I didn't have time to try it. Next time I might stay here again. Plus, the location is close to Tanjung Pendam beach, so it's easy to exercise in the afternoon or morning there. Thank you, hopefully it will be maintained.

AC is not cold, water heater does NOT work, hair dryer is BROKEN, hot water maker indicator is OFF, room smells of cigarettes, staff is RESILIENT. A collection of all damaged items in 1 room. Swimming pool is NOT usable.

Strategic location with adequate supporting facilities. Just a suggestion, the air conditioner (AC) is not cold enough. Several times staying here, I got a room with AC that was not cold enough. This needs to be a concern so that customers are more comfortable when staying here.

We stayed June 27-28 2024, rooms 211 and 212. The hotel is in front of Pendam beach, the atmosphere around the hotel is calm and serene. We got a room with no window, when I asked about the cost of upgrading the room, it turned out it was 250k a night per room, never mind, we just accepted a room without a window, it turned out to be still pleasant. Friendly staff, spacious rooms with refrigerator and hairdryer, food is varied and quite delicious. Not far from the hotel, about a five minute walk, there is the Roda Padati restaurant, Minang cuisine, the restaurant is still new and tastes delicious, said the restaurant employee, it still belongs to the hotel too. Maybe this is my first and last time going to Belitung, because it was just for a holiday, and the Grand Hatika hotel adds to my beautiful impression of Belitung, thank you.
