It's the first time I came to Pekanbaru and stayed at Grand Hawaii Hotel. It has excellent service, good rate, good room, good breakfast and one important things is a good location. I recommending this hotel to stay a while at Pekanbaru. I think if I come again to Pekanbaru, I will stay again at Grand Hawaii Hotel.

The staff are friendly, the room is clean, the AC is cold, the room is fragrant, the bathroom is quite clean, the hot water doesn't really work. But everything is good. For a 1-day stay or transit, this is okay.

very comfortable here, quiet. only go up using access because guests can't just go anywhere. I like the cleanliness, the price of food in the minibar is not that expensive. I will recommend to other friends๐๐๐๐๐

the staff are friendly
only the hot water is not warm enough, so I shiver when I take a shower๐, the AC also suddenly turns off at night and the swing sound is very noisy.

Room very dark. Need more lights. Some lights can't be turn off. Maybe the switch is spoil. Air conditioner cannot be off. Not sure either the remote is spoil. TV channel all very blur. Location very good. Many restaurant and street food avaiable during night just short walk from hotel. Overal its was good stay.
