The drain in the bathroom was blocked, showering was uncomfortable, the sound of the outdoor AC was very loud and the vibrations were very pronounced, so it was difficult to sleep. The swimming pool is still clean and comfortable. The earlier in the morning it's still ok.

The atmosphere is comfortable, only the swimming pool needs to be looked after again, my knee was torn by something on the floor of the children's pool. The officer who was vacuuming the swimming pool was fortunately kind enough to bring a first aid kit even though he wasn't given scissors to cut gauze and plaster. Hopefully it will be better 👍.

The door is too noisy when closed, at 01.30 in the morning there is extraordinary noise at the side of the room and in front of the room, the hot shower doesn't work well, the water heater is not clean, the parking lot doesn't have a shade roof.

Friendly service and cleanliness is also good, apart from that hot water is available well. The only minus is in the swimming pool, because it is under maintenance. Please don't take too long to maintain important features of a hotel. The food is delicious btw, please change the music in the lobby, don't replay one song a thousand times.
