A very recommended place to stay with descent rate. Room is clean, hot-cold water inside bathroom runs very good, breakfast is cheap, tasty and has various menus! Location wise is walking distance to restaurants and shopping places! Will definitely stay for the 3rd time! Thank you Grand Livio!

The hotel location is strategic, many choices of places to eat around. All staff are very friendly from security, receptionist and housekeeping. The parking area is also spacious, especially the car park, and there is a coffee shop downstairs. For the room, the size is actually spacious, but there are some notes. I had moved from Superior to Family, but the condition of the room was just as damp. The damp smell was smelled in the room, because it seemed like there was not enough sunlight entering the room. The curtains were not clean, dusty & moldy, they had to be washed for customer comfort. Some wooden board ornaments were also moldy. Maybe it's time to renovate or renew them. Or pay attention to the details per room so that customers are more comfortable, especially the window curtains on the outside. But the employees are all friendly.

It's really comfortable here. The AC is really cold. Other hotels have AC drama but here it's not at all. The family room is really spacious. Clean and fragrant. The only thing missing is the wifi doesn't reach the 2nd floor. I definitely want to come here again with my family tomorrow. It's really suitable, I swear it's really nice

I only stayed at this hotel for one night, it was quite comfortable, the size of the room was a bit hard, the soundproofing was good, the breakfast didn't have much variety, the cleanliness was great, the staff was helpful and friendly, parking was a bit limited, there are lots of culinary delights in the surrounding area.

When you press flush, the toilet takes a very long time to absorb the water. From before taking a shower until after taking a shower, the toilet has not absorbed the water/pip*s/dirt*an. And this is very annoying.

Overall Ok, in terms of location it is very strategic, 24-hour culinary area, close to everywhere, I have often stayed here, it's just that my stay this time was not comfortable, the TV often suddenly lost all its channels, the wifi was intermittent and I don't know why the mattress is red and itchy like there is an animal in the mattress, I don't know what's wrong
