A very recommended place to stay with descent rate. Room is clean, hot-cold water inside bathroom runs very good, breakfast is cheap, tasty and has various menus! Location wise is walking distance to restaurants and shopping places! Will definitely stay for the 3rd time! Thank you Grand Livio!

Noisy. Not soundproof. Friendly staff, smooth check in - out. But when checking out after getting information from housekeeping about the condition of the room, please inform the guest immediately so they don't have to wait long.

Overall it's pretty good. Strategic location, lots of places to eat, good access to tourist attractions, big enough room, big bed, unfortunately the bathroom is lacking. Hot water is off, a bit humid, smells of sewer. A bit disturbing in terms of the bathroom. Please improve the maintenance of the bathroom. Thank you.
