A good new hotel on a budget. It’s near North Ring Road, so it’s conveniently accessible, albeit being 15 minutes to Malioboro. I love the different types of food served at breakfast every morning (I stayed for 3 nights), and the staff was all really attentive and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

Please pay attention to the hotel management, please fix the bathroom floor under the shower does not slope down to the water hole, as a result yesterday when I took a shower, the water spilled all the way to the toilet. Please add pillows.

Old building but the hotel rooms are clean and well maintained. The downside is the location near the intersection so the access road to the hotel is hampered by quite severe traffic jams especially during peak times.
