The service is not friendly, the hotel is not clean, no towels are given in the room. The hotel is ordinary but the specifications are like 5 stars. We arrived at 13.30 and were not given the key because we had to wait until 14.00. Even 5 stars don't do that. We had to pay again because we arrived earlier than the set time.
