When the power went out, I tried to go through the emergency stairs, but there were many obstacles in the evacuation route. The bathroom was not clean when I entered. It still smelled of urine.

I've stayed here twice.. I like the room, it's comfortable, clean, the AC is safe, there are no problems, it's completely cold and there's a swimming pool too 👍 🤩 It's just a little uncomfortable in the bathroom where we were earlier, the sink drain was a bit weak and the water kept flooding under the sink.. 🙏 Hopefully it will be fixed in the future 🫰🤗

Bad experience. After a 10-hour journey to the hotel, checked in for 3 rooms, 3 nights, towels ready in 30 minutes, Clear. Going up to the room, it turned out that 1 room key was not active, we went down again to the receptionist, even though we really wanted to sleep, 30 minutes passed the towels were still not ready, called the plane several times which was written not responded, once answered it was immediately hung up, so we went down again to the receptionist. The next day we were called 2x whether to checkout or extend, even though we had answered 3 nights, and finally our key was not active. Really the most complicated experience in a hotel

Book 3 rooms, 3 nights through 3 vouchers. When Check in was Clear, except for towels 30 minutes. After 10 hours of land travel, going up 1 room was not active, we were forced to go down again to the receptionist. 30 minutes passed the towel still hadn't arrived, the plane phoned several times 0,1,2,5 no response, there was 1 time it was picked up before talking it was hung up, we were forced to go down again. The next day 2 times called whether we extended, and finally the room key was not active, finally we went down to the receptionist. Not a good experience, hopefully not repeated.

For deposits, we still accept cash and card swipes, please add QRIS transactions or QRIS barcodes to the EDC. The security guards are not very responsive in helping guests, especially when carrying items from the car, let the guests bring a lot of items.

The security guard is friendly. It's just that the receptionist is not very friendly. The concept of the hotel lobby is also a bit confusing. It looks more like a work desk than a reception desk. Just come here once.

Very nice hotel, the room clean and also the service was good and fast respon. I want to comment about swimming pool light are off, very dark around the pool, please solve the pool light problem. But for the whole I like the hotel, I hope I can go there one day.

At check-in time, the room was not yet available and we had to wait for 1 hour. Then there was no mat in the bathroom and the drain next to the toilet was higher so there was still standing water in the bathroom.
