Access cards that are no longer usable should not be given to customers to use. So when you get to the elevator you have to go out again and back because the access card cannot be used. Thank you

Stayed because of a family event, I was hesitant because some of the reviews said the room was dirty. Thankfully I got a clean room, overall it was pleasant, only the toilet flush was a bit broken. The suggestion is that the maintenance can be given more attention.

Hot AC, unhelpful staff, called all day and night before they came, fixed it but it was still hot, asked to move rooms but the reception said FULL. Finally slept in the heat, DISAPPOINTMENT! The room had lots of ants on the table and the mouthwash glass was dirty and had lots of stains. Yikes….
