Chose this hotel because of its strategic location, in the middle of the city, and close to everywhere. However, the facilities are lacking because there is no elevator, even though our room is on the 3rd floor.

I booked an executive room after reading that cheaper rooms were windowless. Well guess what, the executive room we got was a box with no window. Yes, it was spacious with a king-size bed and spotlessly clean. But we couldn't tell if it was day or night, raining or sunny. The TV had 3 local channels. Breakfast buffet was an assortment of local dishes, which were not bad to be honest. Service from staff was impeccable, but I'm still sore about the windows.

There are two separate buildings, one without lift and one with lift. Room is spacious but without window. Iron will be provided upon request. Late check-out for free until 1PM is possible yet subject to availability. Masjid Baiturrahman is within a walking distance.

Hotel is 30 minutes from airport. Check in was fast and we our request for late check out was accommodated. Staff we friendly and always trying to please you. Room was superb, very very spacious (we stayed in the executive room) with all your needs. The free breakfast was OK with mostly Indonesian local cuisine. Attractions were within walking distance. A nice way to explore the city. Will definitely stay here again.

The hotel staff is very quick to help guests, starting from opening the door to picking up luggage. check in is fast, friendly, the room is spacious. Next to Baiturrahman mosque icon Banda Aceh.

Overall the hotel is good, the price is affordable, the service is very good and friendly, check in can be done at 10 am, the room is as pictured, the room is clean, the bathroom is clean. Just for input, please provide an elevator for the future.

Recommended hotel to visit. Ordered on the app, apparently it had to be canceled because the ship from Sabang was canceled due to bad weather. Ask the hotel for help to reschedule, it turns out the staff is very helpful, you can reschedule for the next day, the process is very easy. Arriving at the hotel, the hotel is very clean, the lobby and rooms smell very nice, make you feel at home. The location is very close to the souvenir center. With a fairly cheap price, you are very lucky to stay at this hotel. Thank you Hiphop!

3 star class hotel facilities. The rooms are comfortable and clean, but unfortunately there are no windows. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Standard breakfast menu, just ordinary. There are stalls and places to eat/drink around the hotel. That's all.
