The location is quite strategic, the hotel room is quite spacious & clean, recommended for staying during a vacation with family while in Lampung, delicious & relaxing breakfast while watching the children swim in the hotel pool. The price is in accordance with the facilities obtained.

often choose this hotel when going to Bandar Lampung because the facilities and prices are highly recommended..
the location is in the middle of the city,
the service is okay.. clean..
and of course the swimming pool is loved by the kids..
the breakfast menu is complete..
can request a room on the upper floor if it is still ready..

I have had my first experience of staying at a hotel for about 10 years, I have often checked in at Horisan & this is my first experience of experiencing something like this. So the story is, I checked in at Horisan on November 30th, checked out on December 1st, my wife and 2 children with me, when we entered the room everything was fine, it looked clean, tidy and fragrant, when the evening approached night the mattress was starting to... messy because the children were playing with it. I saw blood stains on the sheets, then I asked my wife and she said she was not having any problems and I didn't take it seriously because the blood stains weren't too disturbing to me, after the next day When we checked out, the hotel asked for a cash fee for the blood stains. I replied that they were not ours. Then the manager of the Horison Hotel confirmed that they would not sell rooms with blood stains, because my child was fussy and my wife was... asked me not to extend it even though my wife was sure that it was not blood stains, in the end I was ready to be charged a cash fee. Note: just sharing my experience and everyone who reads this article, if you find something similar/whatever it is, immediately report it to the hotel.

The room is okay but there are a lot of mosquitoes. Sleeping is uncomfortable because of the mosquitoes. This is the first time I have stayed in a hotel with mosquitoes. I thought it was only in the room, but it turns out there are more mosquitoes in the bathroom. Please improve the cleanliness, I'm afraid it will cause diseases.

Booked 2 rooms with connecting doors & Alhamdulillah the kids are happy🥰 there are only a few things that need to be improved. The hair dryer in 1 room is broken. And the bathroom, the soap is outside the shower room so if you want to soap it's a bit complicated & the floor is wet. It would be better to install a soap dish inside the shower room so it would be cooler👍 But overall it's really okay.. thank you🤗🙏
