Very noisy. Not soundproof. Literally every time there is the sound of objects moving, being hit, and so on, even the sound of people turning on the AC can be heard. People chatting can be heard, especially children crying. Bed, pillow sheets, towels have stains. Never been this uncomfortable while staying in a hotel. Will never want to stay here again. I’d give it one star if I could. My main issue is the noise, it’s SUPER uncomfortable.

Always not disappointing every time I stay at the Horisok Lampung Hotel, when checking out, the handle from Ms. Dona was very kind and friendly, the breakfast was delicious, there were lots of choices in the room, the AC was cool, clean and comfortable.

Very satisfying to stay at this hotel, clean, comfortable, the staff is friendly and the breakfast is delicious, then the additional extra breakfast for children, MasyaAllah, is not implemented, usually in other hotels, extra breakfast for children is subject to additional costs. The room is not soundproof, the sound from the next room was loud until we woke up in the middle of the night because the next room was noisy, there is a connecting door between the next room so the sound can be heard, there was an argument with the occupant next door because they didn't accept me reprimanding them because they were still laughing out loud at 12 o'clock, but the hotel quickly responded and reprimanded the person in the next room, please ask the management to improve the soundproofing of the door for the comfort of guests, a 5-star hotel should be soundproof.

The hotel is located in the city center, easy access to everywhere. Check in is fast, the AC is cold, but unfortunately the pillowcases in the room seem to need to be replaced with new ones. Because when I arrived in the room I was a bit surprised to see the pillowcases were very dull and had lots of stains. So it's a bit strange 😅 for toiletries maybe liquid soap can be added. Because what is provided is only 2 toothbrushes, 1 mini size shampoo and 1 bar of soap. For breakfast, the food is okay and the choices are varied.

the location is in the middle of the city,
