The staff is friendly but at that time check in was quite long, the room is nice, clean, I ordered the one with the picture that has a mat but I got no mat in the room, oh yeah the hallway doesn't have a mat so if someone walks outside it can be heard really in the room, the restaurant is good, the menu is varied, lots of things, there is also a traditional menu, there is even herbal medicine, cool euy, the pool is also good, I like the location is close to Manna so I can hang out at Manna too, tengkiyu cakrawala

Overall good, I stayed in room 511, only small details such as the sheets and blankets were starting to wear out and the trash can was broken, maybe it needs to be considered to be replaced.

Last time I stayed at Horison 2 years ago. The quality of service has improved. The staff are very friendly. The room is very comfortable and clean and also quite spacious. The TV uses Netflix. The food is also quite delicious on the tongue. Very, very satisfied with Horison and highly recommended.

The hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful. The hospitality is good. The cleanliness of the hotel and rooms is good. The breakfast is quite delicious but more food variations can be added. So that there are more choices. For customers who have stayed often, special rewards should be given. So that they are more happy to stay at Horison and not move to other hotels.
