this hotel is ever being my childhood place as I always stayed here since 15 years ago. The hotel is as nostalgic as ever, and despite of its age the service and facility are still pristine. I would strongly suggest this hotel as a perfect get go lodging that is very practical for the city commute.

I stayed 2 nights by booking 2 rooms but my room was very hot at that time and as a result I complained to the reception. And was given information that work had to be done and it was already past 9pm, and the solution was only to upgrade the room by having to add 200k even though the fault was with the hotel but the solution made us lose. When it was upgraded and given room 712 which was MUCH HOTTER. I had to call a technician in the middle of the night, the solution was to move rooms at 5am because I had children and I went with my family. Until 10am the room was hot until the technician checked several times. We were given the option to move rooms again but only 1 room was moved which was quite far from the first room. Even the hotel could only say sorry when I left. Please fix the air conditioning, 2 nights and 2 rooms all the rooms are hot.

This hotel was once glorious in its time. The swimming pool is still cool. Too bad the room utilities are not continuously updated. The shower is not smooth, the bathtub is no longer functioning. Not all lights are on and... the most important thing is the limited power outlets. The staff is friendly and very honest, I left my charger behind because it was "plugged" into the TV socket, I was informed via WhatsApp. The cleanliness and bedding are still okay. Overall it's okay, but it will be better if there is improvement.

Overall it's fine. Only the TV remote is hard to change channels. Can't turn down the volume. Activities in the upstairs room and the next room can be heard. The lights behind the TV are flashing

the room is not maintained, the bathtub and toilet are yellow, the hot water is only lukewarm, the worse is the shower toilet doesn't work, the AC is dirty, the walls are disgustingly damp and full of graffiti, the glasses are dirty, the room is dark with minimal lighting, the dirty glass is not wiped, the food is not tasty, it's okay but there are cockroaches on the buffet table, with a price of 750 thousand it is not worth it, because there are many hotels that are much cheaper but much better, clean, and not dirty, sorry, not recommended, not worth it, dirty, dirty and the room is very poorly maintained.
