this hotel is ever being my childhood place as I always stayed here since 15 years ago. The hotel is as nostalgic as ever, and despite of its age the service and facility are still pristine. The hotel is old and needs a lot of renovation. The shower faucet leaks, the bathroom is dirty, the AC is not cold and the room walls are shabby. I don't know how they can claim a 4 star hotel with conditions like that.

The hotel, although a bit old, but overall is still okay, a few things to note: 1. The cleanliness of the room carpet needs to be improved, when you first enter there are still a lot of food crumbs and so on on the carpet surface. 2. Car wash service, education must be given to the car washer, the glass will be scratched after being washed. 3. Need to be notified to vehicle owners, not everyone wants their cars washed, some prefer to wash at a car wash shop. 4. Need to replace the toilet seat, the one that is there now seems to be worn out and refurbished with painting. That's all-thx

The room is not soundproof. All night long you can hear the chatter from the next room. Request for a large bed, not considered. The room smells musty, sleep is uncomfortable because the carpet smells musty, there are many cracks in the wood in the bathroom door. Old hotel so many room facilities need to be renovated immediately, TV broadcasts in the room are shabby/bad signal, so is the bathroom. The schedule for rescheduling is also not possible, I just submitted but was rejected even though it was for health reasons.

The check-in process took a long time with the excuse that the room wasn't ready. I came to check in at 2:30 and the room wasn't ready. It didn't make sense because check out was at 12. How come the room wasn't finished cleaning after 2 hours?
