this hotel is ever being my childhood place as I always stayed here since 15 years ago. The hotel is as nostalgic as ever, and despite of its age the service and facility are still pristine. I would strongly suggest this hotel as a perfect get go lodging that is very practical for the city commute.

The interior of the Horizon class needs to be upgraded, the hotel is really old, especially the toilet is black and not maintained, the old toilet is too old to take a photo, for the price of 900k it's not worth it. I stayed in room 616, the service is okay

The hotel reception staff did not consider the request made during the reservation as important (connecting room), because I booked 2 rooms with my family, initially on different floors, even though in the end they were on the same floor and had to be debated a bit first.

I have stayed here a few years ago and it was very comfortable, but the last time I stayed there was a bit uncomfortable. The bedroom was not very clean and the floor carpet was torn. The bathroom was not very clean (the toilet was dirty and the bathtub drain cover was missing).

The hotel is almost as old as me, there are many stains especially in the bathtub, and the faucet looks really dull, the carpet is dusty, the towels are shabby, the price is really high but quite disappointing for the cleanliness and ambiance of the room. One of the most unpleasant stay experiences. The room condition is quite good and the staff is friendly, but the bathroom condition is very inadequate and dirty as if it has not been cleaned. This is because of the unpleasant smell, the exhaust does not work, the toilet is wet/muddy, the shower is too old and does not function properly.
Please, management, pay more attention to the room condition. Especially the bathroom, because it is the most important aspect of staying.
