Finally the receptionist phone, the tv remote was given but the AC remote was not given, the clerk only turned it on and set the temperature only. It's a bit complicated, because every time you go in and out of the room, the receptionist must turn on the AC. In our room there are no minerals. So buy it yourself. For a strategic location, very close to the Ratu Indah mall, next to the hotel, exactly Indomaret. Quite satisfied for me, because the hotel rooms match the price.

The woman on reception was not friendly. When I had complaint about the cleanliness, signal provider & bed requirement are not fulfilling with good services. Not recommend to stay here if they don't fix the service as hell.
