Hotel tua yang tidak dirawat, yang ok hanya kolam renangnya saja. Pencahayaannya redup membuat agak horor pada saat masuk ke hotel ini pertamakali.

Alhamdulillah anak-anak pada seneng banget nginep di sini, tidurnya juga pules, berenangnya happy. AC juga bagus, dingin, kamar bersih. Wastafel ada masalah sedikit tapi langsung ditangani, terima kasih Kapuas Palace Hotel.

Cukup lah saya nginap di sini lagi, padahal sebelumnya saya langganan di sini tapi sekarang pelayanan menyebalkan, kamar tidak kasi handuk, ngasi tau house keeping dari jam 4 sore sampai 3 kali telpon jam 6 baru diantar, udah tuh nginap 3 hari kamar hanya 1 kali dibersihin handuk tidak di ganti, air minum tidak di kasih lagi.

Mungkin karena termasuk hotel lama ya jadi interiornya sudah banyak yang usang, lorong menuju kamar gelap, lantai banyak yang basah bekas jejak kaki orang-orang yang habis renang, mungkin harusnya disediakan kamar bilas & kamar ganti didekat kolam renang supaya bisa ganti sebelum masuk area hotel lagi, toilet di area lobby bau pesing, toilet di kamar juga aromanya gak enak. Stafnya juga kurang ramah. Menu sarapan dikit banget kurang variatif. Tapi kamarnya luas banget, enak kalo bawa anak-anak ruang geraknya jadi gak terbatas. Tapi kyaknya cukup sekali nginep di sini deh. Not recommended.

Resepsionis kurang ramah, AC kamar tidak dingin dan sudah usang. Pintu kamar susah untuk di buka, terdapat noda di kasur, Wifi tidak sampai ke kamar, semoga bisa diperbaiki.

Sarapan nasi gorengnya sudah mendekati basi, saluran air kamar mandi mampet, kulkas kotor makanan bekas tamu sebelumnya tidak dibersihkan, teko listrik masih berfungsi tapi tutupnya sudah lepas-lepas, beberapa staf muka datar tidak ramah saat berpapasan dengan tamu. Nilai plusnya cuma kamar pool access mudah memantau anak-anak berenang.

Stayed 4 nights, towels were not changed even though I asked for it every day. Ask the room cleaning department for towels, they are not available. The reason is that they are still in the laundry and at 16.00 they are ready. However, until the third night it was not replaced. Complaining in a high tone was then given a new towel.
