In general, below average hotel. Not at same par with best hotels in Pekanbaru such as Novotel or Premiere. Bad/no reception on TV, bath towels like sandpaper, toilet smelled of sewage, food (hamburger) was poorly prepared and under cooked, bread was stale, no ketchup available. The best things: staff were friendly, and they ensured morning taxi was available at time requested, hotel is convenient distance from Starbucks and Airport via taxi, gado-gado salad was good (no Caesar salad available).

Excellent hotel room and all its facilities with the price range. No complaint at all. Spacious room, plenty of parking lot, staff were helpful and kind. Will be there again soon.

We really enjoy our stay, Although just one night. The staff was friendly and helpful, room clean and We like the amenities inside the Bathroom. We also enjoy the food during our Dinner time, specially Breakfast was great.
