It's a good lobby and looks very promising. However when I enter the room, it was very stuffy. I tried to keep the AC on when I went out, but when I came back it was still very smelly. The equipment already rusty. The water smelly as well. I stayed in Executive Room. Though I need to thank, I left things and they informed me right away.

*I have been staying in starred hotels for a long time, only at Pangeran Pekanbaru did my child have to charge their breakfast, even though my child is only 6 years old.* The AC is not cold.

friendly, fast and responsive. I have children who ask to be taken to the room for food. I am responsive and they want it and it is easy to pay because they have a standby ATM debit. My children are happy. I stayed because of a seminar at the Pangeran Hotel. It was really nice, clean and tidy. The wifi was smooth.

Below expectations. The hotel is old, I spent 900 thousand/night for a deluxe room, but the experience of staying there was less than impressive. 1. The elevator is too small, only enough for 6 people. 2. The corridor is smelly and stuffy. 3. The room is old, there is no electrical socket next to the bed. 4. The noise from the highway comes in. 5. The bathroom has no exhaust fan. 6. The water in the toilet smells. 7. The curtain is moldy.

The receptionist service is not friendly. In two different shifts, morning and night. I booked a Junior Suite type room for 3 million / night (for 2 nights), I wanted to ask for a 2-card room key, but the receptionist refused. I questioned a 4-star hotel with unfriendly employee service, not in accordance with the high price paid. The receptionist also did not inform me during check-in that the guest's car must be registered for free parking. And when I registered the car, the receptionist answered quite curtly. As far as I know, in a star hotel the receptionist will ask the guest if they are bringing a vehicle and immediately say if there is a free parking card or something similar. The hot water is not warm enough. The officer who was standing by in front of the restaurant during breakfast was also not friendly (Male"). On the second day there was no coffee machine, even though on the first day the coffee machine was provided. When asked to room service, the officer said that the coffee machine was not provided, it had to be ordered separately. It's funny, I booked this room at the same price per night, why were the facilities reduced. The first day there was cake and fruit, the second day it was not.

Disappointed with the hotel rates in Pekanbaru, all expensive. Even though Monday is quiet, not many are occupied. It's only busy on Saturday and Sunday. This is a factor of the existence of the toll road. So those who go to Pekanbaru are increasing. But I think it's only average for people to visit Pekanbaru. Because what is seen is only the city which is the same as other cities! Like a mall. It's a shame that the room rates are so expensive since the toll road existed. Even though the city's appeal is not like that. But people will get bored later with a city that only has malls.
