Hotel employees forced their way into the room. The door was not opened, instead they opened the door themselves using another key. It really disturbs the comfort and privacy of the customers.

For the location of the hotel and the price of the room is highly recommended, only the hotel facilities, especially the room facilities, are damaged and have not been repaired, for example the telephone whose cable is broken so it cannot be used to communicate with the receptionist and other hotel staff. The wifi connection is also very bad if in the room. The bathroom is admittedly clean but there are facilities that are damaged, for example the toilet table is broken, the mirror is already cloudy, the dust/odor suction fan that makes a very loud and noisy sound. The employees are very friendly but please also pay attention to their appearance, especially in the morning so that they look fresh when seen. I will recommend my friends to stay at this hotel because it is close to the shopping center, this is a plus point. But the others need to be fixed again.

Two nights staying at this hotel, at the beginning of the night everything was normal, ordering food online or whatever according to the hotel rules could only go to the lobby, I was happy to follow these rules. However, a confusing incident occurred on the second day in the evening when I ordered food online. There was a problem between me and the restaurant where I ordered and the driver who delivered it and the problem should have just been resolved by me and the ojol. I was surprised why the hotel seemed to be bridging the issue to make it even more murky. The motorbike taxi driver who forced his way into the room was allowed without my knowledge. When I reprimanded the hotel, they shouted and the hotel staff in the photo didn't seem to want to accept and justify what they had done. With an emotional and angry tone as if he didn't want to accept my advice. Honestly, the experience was uncomfortable and I hope this doesn't happen to other guests.

Take a deluxe room but at that price it's not worth it! Because there is no hot water for bathing, there is no drinking water, the gallon dispenser is empty. There is still liquor in the refrigerator. There is no solution to move rooms because the water heater is having problems. Duh... it's serious.
