pretty good service, responsive staff very helpful. food is quite varied & delicious. easy access to anywhere near the city center. minus tv channel broadcasts are lacking, no children's movie channels. slow wifi, skybar on the 15th floor is not working. stay in room 1002 on the 10th floor. AC is cold, shower may need to be replaced. thank you

Experience staying 4 nights at Hotel Remcy. Staff service is not responsive, when checking in the security / door officers did not help handle the luggage. Likewise, the receptionist is often not on standby at the counter. Restaurant food is not tasty, restaurant staff are even seen taking food (cakes) & eating in front of guests. Room facilities are lacking such as only 2 pillows (1 person for 1 guest) with poor quality, tissues are not refilled, cleanliness of sheets & blankets is lacking.

for the parking area maybe they could be more responsible because there is no accountability until now about my friend's helmet. and for security there is 1 person who could be better in conveying my case. the receptionist service is very good and friendly during my 1 week stay I was served well by the receptionist. please for the future the security service can be taught more about guest service. for the food maybe it depends on the chef sometimes the food is delicious sometimes not

The vitrasex and curtains are very dusty. I am the type of person who likes to open the window when I stay overnight. When I touch the vitrase, the dust gets everywhere. My right arm is itchy. I am allergic to the dust. Luckily, the mattress is not dusty.
