Most of staff are friendly and helpful, all the requests/questions addressed promptly when being asked. I especially thank to a lady name Senja (front desk) for being helpful during check-in and during my stay. Keep it up. I will surely recommend this hotel to others.

The room was quite good, but foods for the breakfast were lack of local foods. Somehow, that we need to try more item of local food or Chinese foods.

The original room they provided was smelly (damp, smoky - though they said that it's non smoking room), then they gave me room replacement, then I found out that the window in the new room was a bit broken. I need to call in again for them to fix it. But the deal breaker for me was finding this Rove Beetles (local language: tomcat) on the bed, and I poured eucalyptus oil to kill it. I have bad experiences with this insect. Its bite could give you rash and blister and could even causing fever. So I decided to switch hotel. It's really disappointing experience considering the hotel is part of Santika chain and the price (is not cheap), which should've been better quality. I requested refund through the travel app where I booked it but the hotel refused to do so. Well I guess this is just lesson learned which I hope it'll be useful for others. Save yourself a headache and book a different hotel.

The food is good very tasty. The room is wide and spacious. Have access to open air. Need to improve in room cleanliness some equipment ne to be replace. Worth de money. 👍
