Check-in and check-out time should be faster. When checking in there was only one staff, it took too long to take care of 2 guests with lots of explanations and other things about member points. When checking out had to wait a while for the room to be checked first. The breakfast menu was so-so. Parking location was too limited.

Just tried the new renovated room and was very satisfied because it has been upgraded in terms of atmosphere and room facilities. There is a smart TV, better lighting so the room looks more spacious, and a bathroom that looks more modern. Amenities are quite complete (although there are no combs and hair dryers). The food is so-so, quite complete for a 3-star hotel. The taste is standard and I really appreciate it, my request for our anniversary celebration was attempted by the hotel (although they couldn't decorate the room yet) but they provided a beautiful slice of cake. Order a deluxe room, it's quite spacious, there are tables and chairs inside. Breakfast for children over 5 years old is charged 50 thousand, the food is quite varied. The swimming pool is small, not very interesting for taking pictures.

Anyway, I will come back here often if I want to staycation in Pangkalpinang.. because the staff is friendly and very helpful, the price is reasonable, the environment is comfortable, the food is delicious and varied. Alhamdulillah I can often park above, be aware that if you bring a toddler, it's a hassle if you have to go down to the basement.

The hotel staff was very helpful from check in to check out, friendly and full service. Even when I had a problem in the hotel room, they immediately moved me to another room, coincidentally because the room was still available. The environment is comfortable. Thank you to Hadi staff at checkout who was very friendly. The superior Hollywood staycation room was comfortable, maybe because the room was new, but unfortunately the initial deposit was 200 thousand and it was returned when checking out. Last night was a bit disturbed with a little damage, but fortunately the technicians were able to fix it quickly.
