All the food heaters are turned off. As a result, cold soup, cold rice, cold porridge.... I wonder what kind of efficiency is being done in the dining room π

The room is nice. The receptions are friendly. All the staff are friendly. Quick if we need anything. The food is delicious. The breakfast menu is also varied. There are herbal drinks provided which are super delicious. All okay. If I go back to Palu, the Santika Hotel will definitely be my choice. π₯°π₯°π₯°

the toilet is broken, even though it has been reported, it is still not good, the cleaning service at 2 o'clock has just arrived, so when you leave in the morning at 2 o'clock, the room is still dirty, when you go to the swimming pool, there is no one to take care of it, far from the 4-star hotel experience.

Overall, the service is very satisfying, the food is quite varied, the employees are also very friendly, especially the receptionist staff. During breakfast, I was helped by the restaurant staff to provide a baby chair when my child had difficulty sitting. The view from the room is also very good because it faces directly to the city.
