The hotel is very comfortable, clean and the rooms are big, suitable for bringing small children... The staff and employees are friendly.... The location is near the market... it's just that I came when it was being renovated.... thank you 🙏🙏🙏

The hotel staff is friendly, check in is fast, the rooms are quite clean and spacious, comfortable, the TV works, the food is quite good, the parking area is spacious, the yard next to the dining room seems suitable for a small swimming pool for children 😀

For an ordinary hotel, I stayed in a deluxe room for Rp. 375,000, but standard room facilities, even though there is a sofa but it's normal, other room facilities like we live in a low budget inn, for example, the blanket is perfunctory, it's a shame the room costs that much, the blanket is like that, the two curtains don't have only curtains like that in the afternoon in the room the light is so bright it's hard to sleep, at night it's a bit scary too. The 3rd one for the tv channel is very limited, please this is for hotel management please pay attention and still with the reason for the "covid" atmosphere the breakfast menu can't eat at the restaurant, only boxed rice, what's worse at check-in I said for 2 people yes, the one who stayed because my friend came late, but the next morning only got 1 box, the reason is that the employees can't because the cook has gone home, the hotel is amazing when guests have booked and paid with 2 guests, the hotel should still provide breakfast for its guests 2, it is very unclear at this hotel, the breakfast ration for guests who have paid is not given by the hotel. There are many things that need to be improved with the service at this hotel, suggestions are also now that many guests also make cashless payments, hotel management should be able to follow the market by accepting payments using qris, swipe debit or credit cards. Overall this hotel is rated -e.

It's always been my choice if I want to stay in Pangkalan Bun. The prices are quite affordable and the service is good. The room is also quite spacious and suitable for families. Not very good but is OK.

I stayed for 4 nights with 2 children, the room was spacious and clean, the service was good, very satisfying. Less hot water is not smooth, breakfast is not much variation and AC is less cold.
