It's a pleasure to stayed in Ibis Trans Bandung. Clean room, comfortable, got a smoking room but it's still clean and comfortable. Good services from all of the staff.

Rooms were clean and satisfactory. It's fitting for the price. Beds were nice, hot water runs well. Not very big but ok for 2 people. Staff were helpful, polite, and attentive. Breakfast buffet had a good selection, even has Indomie. Location was really conveniently attached to the mall and The Trans Luxury hotel. It's a bit far from city center and with traffic can get up to 30 40 minutes to go to city center. But for people who are staying here for events in Trans or the theme park, can't go wrong with this location.

I stay there for 4 days. Great ambience for a 3 star hotel. The location is near Trans Studio Mall, making it even better. The food is quite good especially the room service menu. Will book again. What I really appreciate is the check-in only needs about 3-5 min.

Still the best choice. BUT. House keeping you seriously need improve. I don't understand why you need to wait like lets say 10-15MINUTES. Don't you have a cleaner in every floor. We need to wait because they have 24th level and I don't know how many cleaner do they have.

Still the same. ALL. Is good. The house keeping very slow. Compare with harris. Really responsive. And also others budget hotel. Budget doesn't mean you cannot make it good. Is how your management do. The things. I waitted 30 minute just for the house kepping. HORRIBLE. SIR.

Everything is good. Only the house keeping. I stay here almost a week. Every single time I request house keping to clean up my room. I need to call and call and call. Only they send. I don't know why they have 24th level. They don't ready up the cleaner in each floor. They take times to send you cleaner. That 's the only thing that minus. I stay every single hotel. Sure they have every level cleaner ready there. But not to ask me to wait for other level cleaner to come to my level. Is very disturbing. Please.
