It's a pleasure to stayed in Ibis Trans Bandung. Clean room, comfortable, got a smoking room but it's still clean and comfortable. Good services from all of the staff.

Rooms were clean and satisfactory. It's fitting for the price. Beds were nice, hot water runs well. Not very big but ok for 2 people. Staff were helpful, polite, and attentive. Breakfast buffet had a good selection, even has Indomie. Location was really conveniently attached to the mall and The Trans Luxury hotel. It's a bit far from city center and with traffic can get up to 30 40 minutes to go to city center. But for people who are staying here for events in Trans or the theme park, can't go wrong with this location.

I stay there for 4 days. Great ambience for a 3 star hotel. The location is near Trans Studio Mall, making it even better. The food is quite good especially the room service menu. Will book again. What I really appreciate is the check-in only needs about 3-5 min.

Enjoyed staying here, took 2 rooms for 2 days. The kids were also happy. Only missed the second day, one of the rooms didn't get a towel. But when we called FO, it didn't take long for it to be delivered. Maybe it was just forgotten. Thanks Ibis. Will come here again if I go to Bandung

It was quite comfortable, but I was surprised because Ibis initially stated that the capacity for breakfast was 1 person, so I had to pay again. In other hotels, this is rare. The capacity was automatically 2 people. The bathroom was also very small, the glass door was a bit obstructive when I wanted to go out, it would have been better if there was a divider.

So far so good. The room is quite clean and comfortable. Complete amenities, unfortunately the bathroom has no key. For breakfast, the variety is quite complete but for the taste, some are ordinary/bland.

The room smells like a sewer. It has been checked by ENGINEERING but it doesn't work. They just asked for the door to be opened 😞. After that, we enjoyed the smell for 2 days.
