President suite was very satisfactory! Wide glass window with direct view to the forest. Watched a few of squirrels on the trees, fun time for the kid! Jacuzzi was fine too! Only the bathroom ceilings is a bit scary at night as it was full glass ceiling. Overall very satisfied and value for money!

The room was a bit cold at night, the hot water was small, the water pressure was not very good, there was no hair dryer after washing my hair, and the sheets did not feel very clean. But the environment was very comfortable, very quiet, and it felt like a holiday and relaxing, like living in the forest. The food in the restaurant was also good. I hope the hotel can make better improvements in the toilet, water heater, bedding, and hair dryer, so that the stay experience will be better.

Very beautiful and natural place. Food is delicious, scenery is breath taking but during weekday, very few people staying in the place so a bit scary during the night.

The hotel was a little bit old and feel a little bit dark. Swimming pool was not clean enough. But overall it was a nice holiday in Imah Seniman.

Suasananya adem, tenang, family friendly. Fasilitas kamar tidak ada ac, tapi ga ngaruh juga karena hawanya dingin jadi ga masalah, ada bath tube yang cukup besar, sayangnya untuk air panasnya tidak bisa dipakai untuk mengisi bathtube, karena airnya keburu dingin terus, padahal sudah expect untuk berendam di bathtubenya. Akhirnya hanya bisa untuk shower aja air panasnya. Semoga bisa diperbaiki dan ditingkatkan untuk fasilitas air panas ruangan. Makanan di restonya enak, lokasi hotel juga dekat dengan area wisata lain seperti lembang park zoo, farm house, the great asia afrika. Over all cukup puas
