Lake view Hotel with beautiful surroundings. Most of the rooms have been upgraded or renovated. Unfortunately, the aircon in the room is too old and noisy. Really get distracted by the loud noise while sleeping.

everything is ok, except that hot water for bathing is limited in time. It's already when it's time to open, it can't be hot, I showered 4 times only once, it's a bit warm. besides it's cold. because we brought a baby who didn't know when to clean because of BAB, the water was really uncomfortable... other than that it was ok

Highly recommended, apart from being friendly, the place is really suitable for healing, the food is delicious, it's a surprise to get a free lunch too, happy with the sloping beach. Oh my thumbs up👍👍👍just a suggestion for going up and down stairs too much, especially for older people

Stayed at Superior A (207) late check in and the bed room was dirty. Lots of hair everywhere from the floor, cupboard, mattress, pillow, bathroom. The tables on the terrace were also dirty. The complimentary coffee looks like the packaging has been damaged for a long time. The glass looks like it's never been replaced, it's stuck to the small plate. Finally at night I asked to clean it first (the staff who came were friendly & alert). The mattress is no longer flat, it deserves to be replaced. Oh my gosh, the curtains are already torn: (On the good side, the breakfast is delicious & lots of choices. Can have lunch (very rare). Good location, close to the harbor, lake view, and has its own beach 👌🏾
