The wifi is not very fast, and the study chairs are not recommended for a 3-star hotel. Maybe the chairs can be replaced.

The hotel atmosphere is comfortable, there are several inputs including the elevator facilities are not well maintained, there is an abnormal sound when the elevator moves, it is prone to trouble, the swimming pool is not child-friendly, there is no swimming pool option for children.

Have stayed here twice, friendly staff, fast service, comfortable rooms, mukena & prayer mats available, delicious & varied food. It's just that the parking lot is a bit narrow, but the security is quite helpful. Hopefully there will be improvements in the future.

The service at the receptionist was not very friendly. It seemed like the receptionist was new because she didn't understand much. I got a room with a broken shower. Thank God I was able to move to another room. Breakfast lacked variety.

I booked 2 rooms, only 1 room was available, the other room was said to not be inputted in the system so I had to wait a while to get the other room. The car park is very narrow, the hot water is only on in the morning, even though I really need hot water to take a shower at night. The breakfast is not very varied and the taste is just so-so. The elevator and hotel hallway are hot.

I've been here 3 times checking in but the last room honestly made me disappointed, the AC was not cold enough, the CS response on the phone was very slow, but I called again because I was hot and the technician just came, even though the technician had set it, it was still not cold, 2. The curtains had lots of stains and were not cleaned. 3. The sheets were dirty with lots of stains, and the floor also looked like it hadn't been mopped and had lots of dirty stains. 4. The lamps on the table, as before, always had 2 for the left and right, but in room 1012 there was only 1 side, and the room seemed dark.

The hotel staff is friendly. The room and toilet are clean, the location is strategic in the middle of the city. It's just that the AC takes a long time to cool down and the room is not soundproof. It's really noisy, shouting and the kids getting scolded by their mothers in the corridor.
